Poster Awards are held each year at the Scientific Meeting. Find out more information and previous award winners.
Poster
Please follow these instructions for your posters:
- Posters will be presented in a vertical format on free-standing poster easels.
- Recommended poster size: 3 feet / 36 inches (wide) × 4 feet / 48 inches (high).
- Please ensure your poster does not exceed the recommended dimensions to ensure proper display.
- Font: Use large, high-contrast fonts to support readability and accessibility.
- Note: Push pins will be provided.
No Show Policy
Cancellations for accepted abstract presentations must be communicated directly to the AAHB Research Review Chair. Cancellations must be made prior to the first day of the Meeting.
Shipping
If you are shipping items to the hotel prior to your arrival, please clearly label each item with:
- Recipient’s name:
- Name of event: American Academy of Health Behavior, March 29-April 1, 2026
- Number of boxes being shipped (i.e. box 1 of #)
