2026 Scientific Meeting - Registration Fees

Notes

• All are welcome to register and attend the AAHB 2026 Scientific Meeting!  All attendees have free access to social/poster sessions.
• You must be an AAHB member during period of the conference to obtain membership pricing.
• If you are not a member and wish to receive the discount, join now (please allow 2 weeks application processing time).
• Additional fees may apply to optional meeting related activities
• • CHES Credits ($50 for AAHB members and students; $75 for non-members)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested prior to Friday, February 27, 2026 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

No refunds on or after Friday, February 27, 2026. If the conference limit has been met by the time of the conference, there will be no on-site registration.

If a cancellation is requested (regardless of timing), and the participant paid with a credit card, the refunded amount will be credited to the same card. If paid with a check, a check will be returned once the original check has cleared the participant's financial institution.
