Rate

AAHB has negotiated a group rate of $239/night + local taxes (currently 16.4%). The destination fee of $25 + tax is waived.

Please book early to secure a room in the block. Once the block is filled we cannot guarantee a room at the group rate.

At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

The group rate is reserved exclusively for meeting attendees. Bookings made through the group rate will be verified against meeting registration rosters. Bookings are subject to be canceled if the guest listed is not registered for the meeting.

Check in time is 4:00 PM, and check out time is 12:00 PM.

Room guarantee and cancellation policy

Reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 24 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits may be charged at the time the reservation is made. All “no show” reservations will be billed to each individual’s credit card. The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge equal to one night’s room and applicable taxes.

Parking and transportation

Valet parking at the Grand Hyatt is $70/night + tax.

There are several 24-hour, self-parking garages within 3 blocks of the hotel. Rates range from $44/night and up.

The Grand Hyatt is located 14 miles north of San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) Yellow line from SFO to Powell Street (5 blocks from the hotel) is a 34-minute ride with an estimated fare of $10 each way.
